Elgg 0.31 has left the building and can be [downloaded from Eduforge](https://eduforge.org/projects/elgg/). This is a bug-fix release and doesn't include the Your Resources tab. (That's very much under development, but if you want to have a play, that's part of the subversion repository.)

International users: I'm afraid this is going to require a bit more translation. I'll upload a .POT file tomorrow, or you can generate it yourselves if you have the knowhow.
