Trump's racist scapegoating of immigrants is absolutely a descendant of Hitler placing blame for poverty on the Jewish population.

Trump isn't Hitler. But he could be. And not providing infrastructure for the millions of people in poverty leaves that door wide open.

Imagine living in poverty and not having your existence even acknowledged by the government in public. I would be furious.

America's population of people living in actual poverty with little social support, who don't feel listened to, is bait for a demagogue.
