[Steve O'Hear](http://www.ohear.net/) has written [a piece on e-learning 2.0](http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/e-learning%5F20.php) for Richard MacManus's [Read/Write Web](http://www.readwriteweb.com/). Elgg is briefly mentioned, with the promise of more to follow in part 2.
