[HipMojo](http://www.watchmojo.com/web/blog/) is running [a compelling argument that YouTube isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.](http://www.watchmojo.com/web/blog/?p=500) Despite numerous [naysayers](http://www.valleywag.com/tech/youtube/the-billiondollar-backlash-even-mark-cuban-thinks-itd-take-a-moron-to-buy-youtube-204072.php), and various [threats from the media industry](http://smithmag.net/2006/09/14/youtube-napster/), sites like YouTube are the beginning of a giant sea change in media. Combine it with TiVo and [other PVR products](http://www.pvrblog.com/) and it has the capability to kill cable TV dead - or at least, turn it into something much more powerful.

As someone who struggles to find anything watchable on TV, but watches [an awful lot of Google Video](http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=-8217638438978899371&q=power+of+nightmares), I can’t wait.
