One small note: the downloadable package does come with full social media integration (with API keys etc). The GitHub version isn't meant to be an easy-to-use installer, and we'll change the README to reflect this more clearly!

Social media integrations are available as plugins no matter how you get the self-hosted code, in separate plugins at https://github.com/idno.
