I already had huge respect for @rosemcgowan for both her politics and IPF advocacy, and it grew today. Thanks for using your voice.

Q: Which services do you use for all the to-dos in your life? eg, Asana, Wunderlist, GitHub, Jira, etc etc ..?

@riprowan I'd say it sits alongside a WordPress. I've heard it described as a "sideblog". Notes and ideas as well as finished pieces.

@riprowan The big deal is deeper connections with the networks you already use. eg, everything I share on Twitter is syndicated from my site

@StartupLJackson I think he knows exactly what year it is, and Dell's own enterprise cloud offerings are falling flat. Ofc, this will too.

Two things that I think are different about doing startups out here and in Cambridge:

1. Flip-flops are totally cool,

2. and failure is embraced as a part of life.

A startup is a serious endeavor and you need to give it more than your all. But ultimately, if you fail and you legitimately tried your very best, it's not a black mark. You continue, and try again. It's all about how you deal with failure.

I'm sorry it ended. Onto the next adventure!

In all seriousness, for years I was going to write a book about decentralization called The Internet is People. I think it's time to do it.

Wrote rambly satirical dystopian tweetstorm packed with cynical inside baseball jokes; only lost one follower. Sweet.

Signed feeds, pub/sub, a simple verb protocol, a publisher and a reader. Boom, decentralized the web. I'll let you argue about specifics.

Autocorrect is really great at changing words without my noticing, and really bad at actually fixing typos. It's like a mischievous god.

Joss Whedon made more money from Dr Horrible than The Avengers. Good: I want more indie films in the world. http://variety.com/2015/tv/news/dr-horribles-sing-along-blog-joss-whedon-avengers-paleyfest-12016154...
