Only just read about @anidifranco's now-canceled songwriter retreat on a slave plantation. I've been a fan of hers for decades, and have seen her in concert 11 or 12 times. This was an idiotic decision, which she claims no responsibility for. I don't buy it, unfortunately. Sad.
