@mapkyca It's a balance. The right to be forgotten allows the misdeeds of, eg, businesspeople and politicians to eventually disappear.
@mapkyca BBC is funded by a regressive tax. NPR is only breaking even this year because of podcast ads. It's a hard problem.

I've now heard variations on "state sponsorship" a few times as an answer to ads as a business model. Sorry: it does have to be capitalism.
