Known self-hosters sometimes need some help getting things running. I'm thinking about support subscriptions and premium installations.

This @withknown site is insanely delicious-looking: http://friendlyfamilyfood.com/

This looks so tasty!

AudioSearch is a full-text search engine for podcast and radio transcripts. It's really neat: https://www.audiosear.ch/

@medium Any plans to do this? We'd love to include a "publish to Medium" button.

@jgmac1106 Hooray! That's awesome to hear. Thank you!

Just a quick reminder that we're adding new improvements and making Known better every single day. Still free: https://withknown.com/

@marypcbuk Yeah, I did Maths Science and Theatre Studies - but was told again and again I should focus on science.

Lots of interest in using Known for groups. If your org wants a consumer web experience for on-premise internal communications, say hello.

@danlyke I agree that we need to show value outside of formal structures, but college shouldn't be undervalued, either.

@danlyke @sarahmei Right. It's a false separation, and anything that doesn't cover the spectrum to some degree is incomplete.

@medium I love your "import story" feature. Is there a way to load the page with the URL field pre-filled? eg a URL parameter?

Referral analytics are increasingly useless, due to referrals from apps, SSL, etc. Is anyone using a tool that solves this?

@GigiBSohnFCC @TomWheelerFCC I wish we'd signed it too. Thank you for all your work.

@ericholscher I'm envious! (And we love that university.)

Everyone should have a solid foundation in the sciences and the humanities. That you're forced to make a choice is ridiculous.

I wish I had gone to university in the US. I could have, but didn't want to move. Dumb. My interests are far more varied than my education.

Because the UK required kids to narrow their subject focus at 16, & because my uni was CS-focused from the start, I feel like I missed out.

@Weegee That's new to me. I'll check it out!

@sarahmei This so much. In the British system it's far worse: all CS, all the time. Sincerely wish I'd done a humanities degree.

@riprowan Or poorly funded.
