@danlyke Depends who runs the galleries. I grew up in a place where they were publicly funded and for common enjoyment & education :)
@mapkyca @cybiksana Ownership *is* control. We're about to move to subscriptions for all. Meaning a small elite will own & dictate rules.
Galleries and museums should be free to the public, everywhere.
